IMPORTANT CLUB POLICIES
ALL-AROUND GYMNASTICS CENTER IS A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT

PAYMENTS

• Payments are due the first class of each session. There will be a $5.00 late fee charged to all late payments. Payments may be placed in the locked box located in the viewing area. Please print your child's full name and class on the envelope. If paying by cash, please request a receipt.
• All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

• You have the option to reschedule a class within seven days of an absence. Please do this with the office staff.
• No credits, pro-rations or refunds will be given if you choose not to make up the class.

 WITHDRAWALS

·         Students are automatically enrolled for all class sessions until May of 2009. To withdraw from class you must give a two week written notice. After a second absence without notification, the student will be withdrawn and $25.00 fee will be assessed.

CLOSINGS

·         Rarely will the gym be closed for weather conditions.  If in doubt, please call: 796-1400.

·         The gym is closed for Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Memorial Day weekends. If your class would normally meet on one of the days the gym is closed, please contact office staff to reschedule.

·         The gym is closed over Christmas and Spring breaks.  The four week sessions have been adjusted to accomodate these closings, therefore no make-up is required.

SAFETY

·         For your child's safety, an adult must accompany him/her into and out of the building. Your child should listen to their instructor at all times.

·         No one is allowed on equipment without an instructor.

·         All injuries are to be reported to an instructor immediately.

·         Respect for other students, instructors and the gym is expected at all times.

·         Behavior problems may result in dismissal from class.

·         Please observe posted viewing area guidelines.

DRESS CODE

·         NO JEWELRY.

·         Leotards, sweats or shorts and a t-shirt that stays tucked in may be worn.

·         Hair should, be neatly secured.

·         No jeans, buttons, zippers or snaps.

·         No tights or tutus.

CLASS OBSERVATION

·         Parents and guests are always welcome to observe from the viewing area.

·         Please observe the posted safety rules and regulations.
